Horrible customer service - beware July 21, 2008

It is now a month since I contacted this company and paid for a new windshield bracket. The promised me last week that they would ship the part and email me a UPS tracking number. I went to great length's to ensure they had all the correct information and that they would indeed email me a tracking number the next day. I have received absolutely no communication with this company and I am now traveling out-of-town again without this needed unit. PLEASE BEWARE WHEN PURCHASING FROM THIS COMPANY. While I like the unit itself, customer support has been as bad as it gets. My unit is useless to me without the windshield mount.
